					<description>With the omentum present with the specimen (i think)...two possible part of the digestive tract.. the stomach (with a ? huge perforation... and is there a spleen at the same time on the right side of the picture?? trauma?? ) or the transverse colon (gangrenous??).. a guess.. but quite difficult by how you positioned the specimen.. hehhe
