Now this again is difficult. Looking through the dictionary, it meant to make something specious, deceptive, or fraudulent or even to conceal the defects of or make appear more attractive, interesting, valuable.
Now, in clinical practice, we have a condition called pseudoaneurysm. Well, pseudo means almost like fake in the sense, “not actually but having the appearance of” something. In this case, it involves a drug addict who was shooting drugs into his blood vessels. This time, he got it done wrongly and developed a femoral pseudoaneurysm – swelling arising from the femoral artery – a major blood vessel that supplies blood to the leg. If it ruptures, he could bleed to death. So, we took him in for surgery, where we ligated his vessel above the swelling and debrided all the dead infected tissue.
Like a chameleon, changing its colours to fit its surrounding so as to deceive its predators,
Many sea or marine life do the same. Camouflage is very important for this animals as otherwise they would find it difficult to survive that is to hunt or be hunted.
It was on this huge sea fan, that this little creature below was found.
