That is actually a twisted left ovarian mass which was lying on her right side. The right ovary can be seen in the second picture. Well, I am still awaiting for the pathology report. I had two similar cases before and both were of twisted haemorrhagic ovarian cyst. None were of teratoma. I should have her results with me tomorrow.
