Poor man, an innocent strike of a match! Obviously no one taught him not to light a fire when one can smell gas. Perhaps more people should educated on that. Sometimes I do funny things too without thinking ...I remember one night when my brother was not around, there was no electricity and it was time to bathe my kids...the heater was not working...and definitely it is a NO NO to bathe in cold water. Aha, I said to my kids, I am sure Appachen (my brother) has a kette somewhere and true enough it was in the top kitchen cabinet. I took the kettle upstairs to boil water and I cannot believe what I did next...I just plugged it in. Guess what ......NO ELECTRICTY! Sometimes we just dont "think" even we have all the brains in the world. Good to have my kids laughing at me-XTREME EMBARASSMENT. Shermen embarasses me all the time. Yesterday, I thought while waiting for the babysitter to come, I sang him a nursery rhyme " TWINKLE TWINKLE LITTLE STAR". Half way the song, he said " Amma, can you sing FASTERLAAAA!" This is first time a 3 year old kid, my kid , mine, my son, gave me a comment while singing. My friend, Rena who was with me at that time had a good laugh. Later, the same day, in the evening, i took Pattrena to the clnic to see a doctor. While the doctor was checking her, Shermen said " Can you do it FASTERLAAA!" Oh my goodness...another embarassment. I go through this all the time with little Shermen around. Real comedian. Goodness gracious…what a mishap!
