Again I got busy! Guess what 2 ruptured aortic aneurysm in a week is by my hospital and most hospital scale here amazing and intense and extremely "jonah"(bad luck) Well this baby was sent to me without details. However, from my research I think this was the case of a couple who abused this adopted child as they were childless in Penang. If not mistaken, the child is only 3 year old died from blunt head injury. Those spots are cigarette butt marks and the blood like Bernard said looks like mixed with CSF, a fluid from within the brain, usually indicates a breach of the skull as in base of skull fracture with rupture of the tympanic membrane. Bernard again made an excellent observation - that this child was initially not neglected. This child was only recently adopted by this couple who started to abuse this child as they felt the "child was a bit noisy". Being noisy is far better than acting like an animal!
