A elderly lady presented to us with a history of abdominal distension, vomiting and just recently unable to pass motion. However, the abdominal pain was progressively worsening but intermittent in nature. She had previous episodes of pain mainly over the right upper abdomen which kind of settled after ingesting some “gastric” medication.
