We have got more idiotic polticians (who care only for position and money than the rakyat!) than good, sensible people in power! Please don't burn others also. Only hope can bring about actions and actions will bring about change. What ifs are question for those who are disinterested because it will by defaut generate a negative response usually. Yes I agree, that many things that were once told to be gossips are now true and this is because of the differance in the leadership as I mentioned. 22 years of such a ruling can easily numb ones senses - imagine being in jail alone for 22 years. Thus there is a change! A positive change should be encouraged not otherwise. And like I mentioned before, we who are silent are as guilty as those who are sit in their political throne and make stupid judgements. Why? because silence usually means condoning an action and that is exactly what the previous PM said before. The only difference is that he forced many to be silent. The politicians come from the rakyat and moulded by the rakyat and the leader. If they change in nature and character it should be corrected -- thus the need for media and oppositions, transparency and a progressive knowledgeable and patriotic rakyat. Patriotic to the country not the government! What would happen if everybody were to pack and leave - there will be no change - and the sad story is no matter where one goes they will always be referred to their native country unless one gets a court order to change the place of birth to their present country. Don't take to heart! But this for everybody - the rakyat in general! You still have voice despite being overseas because the country is still yours -- so vocalize and get yourself heard.
