My Mom’s birthday

Today is my mother’s birthday. Hey want to make a guess how old is she?
Mrs. Mary George or dearly called by her children as Ammachi or her other “children” as cikgu is a Scorpion like me… OK that explains everything…!No!No! The person extends beyond the zodiac. A peculiar character with the whole spectrum of colour - much like the rainbow a constant one.
She was a teacher in SMK Keat Hwa in Alor Setar teaching Biology to the upper secondary and Form Six students. She was there for most of her teaching carrier and a dedicated one. While walking around in Alor Setar town, there will always be somebody who will suddenly recognize her and call “Cikgu” and the chatting will start.
We share a lot in common apart from the zodiac, we love to travel. I still remember drawing a large flower with many petals for her birthday when I was something like 5 years old. She was so touched by it. I wonder whether she remembers!
So any guess? She is 70.

I must write something about my mum. She is and will always be a strong maternal woman for me. She is an intelligent mother, an ardent internet surfer, a voracious reader and always keeps herself mentally alert!
She is a lovely lady who is courageous and will fight tooth and nail for what she believes in. She does not sit back and take dissapointments! I should know! Fiercely possesive of her brood! A modern lady who was born the 30s, a go-getter. While most ladies of her age are already resigned to the fact that their time is near, she still is a delightful lady doing her routine exercises- 5km walk a day with my dad, swimming(?!!!) and threadmill that have seen better days! I could not even walk from the porch to the sundry shop a minute away!
To quote Proverbs 31:25 onwards
‘She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue.
She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all. Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but the woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.
Give her reward she has earned and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.’
Actually the whole chapter should be dedicated to my mum. Her children have all grown to be successful and strong. My gratitude is endless and I will carry on your work and advise as a mother, wife and a daughter- just like how you and Appachi have brought me up.

Han Wei just introduced me to a new hobby kind of — filemaker pro where i can make a my log book link with articles on the internet and link with my patients particulars and case summary. Well he initially made it sound easy but then he showed me the flow chart which made me quiver. Then again ada guru so can do one! Correct or not Han Wei?
